— Which are your opening hours?

We are open everyday, all week long!
Monday: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Tuesday: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Wednesday: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Friday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

— Can I purchase online?

You can purchase any artwork that is displayed in our webpage.
Artworks can be purchased online via Stripe using a valid and accepted credit card. Credit card fees as well as shipping and handling charges are not included in artwork prices.

— Can you stop sending me newsletters?

We only want to share information that is valuable to you. If you wish to stop receiving our newsletters, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at the bottom of any newsletter you have received. You may also send us an email to info@auragalerias.com and we will gladly unsubscribe your mailing preferences.

— Can I purchase an artwork via wire-transfer?

If you wish to purchase an artwork from our site, you may make a wire-transfer directly to our bank account.

Please send us an email to info@auragalerias.com with the artwork you wish to purchase and we will send you our bank account information.

For your convenience, price to be wire-transfered will include shipping and handling.

— Can I use a different courier service?

If you wish, you may use a different courier service. Nevertheless, they will be responsible for packaging and shipping the artwork to its final destination. Aura Galerias will not be liable for any damage the artwork may suffer once it leaves our establishment.

— How do I care for my products?

All of our artworks do not need much maintenance. Nevertheless, it would be useful to use a feather duster to swipe away any dust that can be accumulated in the frame and/or painting. If you have any questions regarding artwork maintenance please send inquiry to info@auragalerias.com. Make sure to include the artwork that was purchased so that we can give a precise response.

— Can I rent an artwork even if I live outside Mexico City?

Unfortunately, due to the logistical burden, our art rental service is only available in Mexico City.
